Alper Tekin · Founder, Organtis

Welcome to the Journal

A short note on why I am publishing this and what to expect here over time.

This is the Organtis Journal.

I'll use this space to write about product building, mobile software, SDKs, technical partnerships and the decisions behind shipping real products.

Organtis is a mobile product studio. We build our own apps and SaaS products, and we help other teams turn early product ideas into working software. Most of our work sits somewhere between product thinking and engineering execution. That is also where this journal will live.

The main series here is called Founder Journal.

It is not meant to be a marketing blog.

It is a place for honest notes from inside the work: sometimes short observations, sometimes longer essays.

I'll write about the problems I keep seeing around early-stage products, mobile apps, SDK design, MVP scope, technical co-founder searches, engineering partnerships and the messy parts of building software.

When I have a strong opinion about a tradeoff, I'll write it down.

When I have a quiet observation, I'll write that down too.

Some posts will be practical.

Some will be opinionated.

Some will simply be notes I wish more founders and product teams talked about openly.

If something here is useful to you, that is a good outcome.

If something here is wrong, I'd rather be corrected than quietly pretend I'm always right.

Still looking for the right technical partner?

I work with a few founders each quarter through Organtis to help them build mobile apps, SDKs and early-stage products, starting with a small paid trial, not a big contract.
